Planning

We support Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) and Environmental Statements (ES), as well as producing environmental management plans and conducting site monitoring, including Ecological Clerk of Works (ECoW) and Archaeological Watching Briefs.

We conduct thorough feasibility assessments, ensuring optimal site and linear route examination through detailed optioneering and selection studies. This also includes corridor and alignment development for planning submission (including design coordination).

We undertake a range of surveys to support planning, engineering, and environmental aspects of infrastructure projects.

Our ESRI ArcGIS Pro and Online specialists develop and manage constraint heat mapping, corridor and alignment routing studies, construction and access land take requirements, and order limits for planning applications. We create detailed GIS plans and application document suites, as well as carry out the development and both internal and external use of online webapps and maps.

We specialise in the processes and production of deliverables across various regulatory frameworks, including:

  • Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects (NSIPS), Development Consent Order (DCO) and Development of National Significance (DNS) projects
