LSTC Group has confirmed its sponsorship of five local sports teams and clubs in East Yorkshire. Hessle Sporting Koalas, Driffield Town Cricket Club Juniors, South Park FC Under 8s, Cumnok Juniors 2014’s under 11s, and Alnwick Rugby Club. The company is also supporting Driffield Rugby Club with pitch-side advertising boards.
The backing of grassroots sports forms part of our wider Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) strategy for ongoing support in our local communities, helping young players to access better opportunities and facilities.
The Hessle Sporting Koalas are a dedicated girls’ football team within the wider Hessle Sporting club. The team provides a space for girls to play competitively, improve their skills, and enjoy the game in a positive and inclusive environment. LSTC Group’s sponsorship will support the team with brand new kits.
Driffield Town Cricket Club Juniors will also benefit from the sponsorship. The club has a strong junior section with teams for various age groups, offering coaching sessions and competitive matches throughout the season. Funds from the sponsorship will go towards new kits for the team.
South Park FC Under 8s, who compete in the Epsom and Ewell League, will receive funding for their full playing kit and the LSTC Group Player of the Match trophy, which celebrates standout performances each week. The sponsorship ensures the young players can take to the pitch looking and feeling like a team, while recognising individual efforts that inspire the rest of the squad.
Cumnock Juniors 2014’s under 11s plays in the Ayrshire Youth Football League. With their 9-a-side season just kicking off, LSTC Group will be supporting with training tops for both players and coaches.
Alnwick Rugby Club will see support through pitch-side advertising boards and branded training kit for players. This contribution helps maintain the club’s profile while giving players the kit they need for matches.
